Wedding and Private Party
Facility Rental Information
for the whole
house
(Rental of the whole facility is
required on Saturday's after 1:00 p.m.)
The
Base Rental Price for peak pricing( with us supplying the catering) to
rent the
Whole Facility with the Ballroom, Deck & Porch, Gardens and the Wedding
Pavilion
is
$ 1,400.00 for the first Two hours party time and $ 400.00 extra for each
additional hour needed.
Off-Peak Pricing (January, February, March, August & November) to rent
the
Whole Facility with the Ballroom, Deck & Porch, Gardens and the Wedding
Pavilion
is $ 900.00 for the first Two hours and $ 350.00 extra for each
additional hour needed.
Please
remember when comparing the pricing for the hours needed for the rental you are
not charged
for the catering set-up and break-down since we are the caterers. You are
only charge for the hours
needed for your function. We offer pricing al cart where you pick your
hours needed and
choose your menu, service, etc. from scratch, along with package plans that
include set-up,
break-down, food,
workers, taxes, chair, tables & linens in the quotes.
While looking at our package plans remember that you may also give us a budget
and we can tell you what we can offer you in your price range.
Since we are the only caterer allowed at our location except for Sunday
functions when we caterer
your function you will not be charged a hourly fee for the catering set-up or
break-down.
This is all incorporated in with your base rental pricing.
The prices quoted to you is not a per person price. It is a per
function price.
Rental, food, taxes, set-up, clean-up, workers, linens, tables and chair are
all included in the package plan pricing.
We
estimate the whole 6,000 Sq. ft. facility including it’s 2,800
SQ. ft. Ballroom & Banquet
area will hold up to 300 - 350 people for a standing / seated reception and up
to 250 for a
seated served meal (inside) using the whole facility and Ballroom for seating
and dancing.
There is a room set up for the buffet centered in the middle of the house for
easy access
to the buffet from any where in the building.
If the buffet is not needed this room can serve as a room for additional seating
for seated served dinner guest OR even an alternative dance floor with a
mirrored ball.
Just in the Ballroom area you can seat 125 to 180 depending on if a dance floor
is needed or not.
The Tea Room offers lovely landscaped garden area leads up to a Greek Revival
Wedding Pavilion
making this a perfect setting for outside weddings.
The Tea Room offers its own catering and clients Can not bring in
an outside caterer ,
food or alcohol unless held on a Sunday. If you are renting
the house and need the wedding pavilion
for a ceremony there is No charge
for the use of just the pavilion. There is a charge
if you want us to
set-up with silk vines, silk floral urn and white folding wedding chairs.

We
offer a pavilion package plan for an additional charge if you would like us to
clean-up, set-up
and break-down the Wedding Pavilion area.
This would also include the use of our wedding vines, large floral urn,
and up to 100 white chairs for...................$ 550.00
(More chairs can be added to the pavilion package plan for $ 2.00 per chair)
If white Wedding Chairs only are needed they will run $ 2.50 Each.
Client may decorate the wedding pavilion themselves
but this must be done within the clients rental time.
If the client comes before the contracted time they will be charged for the
extra hours and loose their security deposit.
We have more chairs that can be added to the package plan for the additional
charge of $ 2.00 per chair
Or $ 2.50 chairs only. This cost includes setup and break down of
chairs.
Bridal
Director for Rehearsal and Wedding Day
( this includes a free hour rental for
the rehearsal Tues. to Thurs). :

We do not include the D.J., Photographer, Florist, Limo in our package plan
pricing.
We feel the Bride should make the decision of what vendor works best for her and
her budget.
If
you wish, we can line up ALL your vendors for you to make our location a
one stop shop.
We have a
list of preferred vendors you can choose from that are licensed and insured
if you'd like to choose them yourself. Client may bring in their own
vendors as long as their licensed and insured.

On days other than Saturdays, if only
½ of the facility is needed the Front of the facility
would be dinning room # 1, # 2 the hallway and the waiting room for the
cost of
$ 600.00 for the first 2 hours and $ 300.00 for each additional hour.
This area will hold up to 85 people for a standing reception, 78 seated served,
58 seated with dinner buffet. This area has no dance floor.
** If rental is required on any Holidays
the whole facility must be rented on a Holidays
rental price of $1,800.00 for the
first 2 hours and
$ 500.00 for each
additional hour needed ( plus pavilion fees if needed for a wedding)
The
Rental pricing by itself does Not include the Food, Tax, Workers, Etc.
This can all be figured up individually or you can ask to see our Package Plans
which would include everything in the price. Some of our package plans
include Rental and pavilion set-up (if needed) rent for the flowers and vines
for the wedding pavilion (if needed) and up to a certain amount of chairs for
the wedding (if needed) food, linens, some of the guest table centerpieces,
workers, taxes, set-up and clean-up of the rented areas.
Ask
about a discounted rental on our package plan pricing
for the months of January, February, March, August and November.
Ballroom &
Banquet Room pricing is Half the base price
if rented Tuesday through Thursday.
