WEDDINGS
AND PRIVATE PARTY FACILITY RENTAL INFORMATION FOR THE WHOLE HOUSE
(RENTAL OF THE
WHOLE HOUSE IS REQUIRED ON SATURDAY'S AFTER 1:00 P.M.)
The
BASE RENTAL price to rent the FRONT OF THE HOUSE WITH THE BALLROOM, DECK & PORCH,
GARDENS,
AND WEDDING PAVILION is $
1,400.00 for the first 2 hours party time and $ 400.00 extra for each additional
hour needed.
Most of our Package Plans include rental, set-up, break-down, food, workers,
taxes,
chair, tables & linens in the quotes.
You may also give us a budget and we can tell you what we can offer you in your price range.
We estimate the whole facility including it’s 2,800 SQ. Ft. Ballroom &
Banquet area will hold up to
300 - 350 people for a standing / seated reception and up to 250 for a seated
served meal (inside) using the whole house
and Ballroom for seating and dancing. There is a room set up for the buffet centered in the middle of the house for
easy access
to the buffet from any where in the building. If the buffet is not needed this room can serve as a room for additional seating
for seated served dinner guest OR even an alternative dance floor with a
mirrored ball.
Just in the Ballroom area you can seat 125 to 180 depending on if a dance floor
is needed or not.
The Tea Room offers lovely landscaped garden area leads up to a Greek Revival
Wedding Pavilion
making this a perfect setting for outside weddings.
The Tea Room offers its own catering and clients CAN
NOT bring in an
outside caterer , food or alcohol. If you are renting the house and need the wedding pavilion for a ceremony there
is
NO CHARGE for the use of the pavilion BUT, THERE IS A
$ 550.00 FEE IF YOU
WANT US TO CLEAN AND SET-UP AND BREAK DOWN OF THIS AREA
AND HAVE THE USE OF OUR WEDDING VINES, LARGE FLORAL URN, AND UP TO 100 WHITE CHAIRS.
Client may decorate the wedding pavilion themselves but this must be done within the clients rental time.
If the client comes before the contracted
time they will be charged for the extra hours and loose their security deposit.
We have more chairs that can be added for the additional charge of $ 2.00 per
chair.
This includes setup and break down of chairs.
We
do not include the D.J., Photographer, Florist, Limo in our package plan
pricing.
We feel the Bride should make the decision of what vendor works best for her and her budget.
If
you wish, we can line up ALL your vendors for you to make
our location a one stop shop.
We
have a list of preferred vendors you can choose from that are licensed
and insured
if you'd like to choose them yourself. Client
may bring in their own vendors as long as their licensed and insured.
Vendors not on our preferred vendor list must contact or meet with us no less
than 2 weeks
before the function to go over the rules and have any questions answered.
These vendors need to either drop off or fax us copies of their
business license for our records.
IF
CLIENT WISHES THE WEDDING PAVILION TO BE SETUP FOR A WEDDING BY US THE CHARGE IS $ 550.00
On Friday or Sundays if only ½ of the house is needed the FRONT
of the house would be dinning room # 1, # 2 the hallway and
the waiting room for
the cost of $ 600.00 for the first 2 hours and $ 300.00 for each additional hour.
This area will hold up to 85 people for a standing reception, 78 seated served.
58 seated with dinner buffet.
This area has no dance floor.
The back of the house would be the Dance Floor, the Ballroom and the Wood Room and does have
it's own private powder room and entrance. This area will hold up to 125 people, for a reception with a dance floor.
This area cost $ 900.00 for the first 2 hours and $ 400.00 for each additional
hour.
These ½ house areas will not be rented to people who have more
guest then the ½ area will hold.
If a client thinks they might have more people they must rent the whole house.
Clients must understand if the weather is bad they must have enough room inside
for the guest to retreat inside.
When renting ½ the house client must understand that another function
could be booked in the other ½ of the house and
that they do not have exclusivity to the parking, porch and garden areas.
** If rental is required on any HOLIDAY
the whole house must be rented for the HOLIDAY rental price of $1,800.00
for the first
2 hours and $ 500.00 for each
additional hour needed ( plus pavilion fees if needed for a wedding)
RENTAL
PRICES QUOTED ABOVE START WITH THE BASE OF 2 HOUR RENT ONLY (NO FOOD) .
THE RENTAL PRICING BY IT'S SELF DOES
NOT INCLUDE THE FOOD, TAX, WORKERS, ETC.
THIS CAN ALL BE FIGURED UP
INDIVIDUALLY OR YOU CAN ASK TO SEE THE PACKAGE PLAN PRICING
WHICH WOULD INCLUDE
EVERYTHING IN THE PRICE. OUR PACKAGE PLANS INCLUDE, RENTAL,
PAVILION SETUP
(IF NEEDED), FLOWERS FOR THE PAVILION (IF NEEDED), UP TO A CERTAIN AMOUNT OF
CHAIRS FOR A WEDDING (IF NEEDED), FOOD, LINENS, SOME CENTERPIECES, WORKERS,
TAXES, SETUP AND CLEANUP OF THE RENTED AREA.

ABOUT A DISCOUNTED RENTAL ON PACKAGE PLAN PRICING
FOR THE MONTHS OF JANUARY, FEBRUARY, MARCH AND NOVEMBER.
BALLROOM
& BANQUET ROOM PRICING IS HALF THE BASE PRICE IF RENTED
TUESDAY THROUGH
THURSDAY.
A non-refundable deposit of ½ of your estimated amount of guest
on package plan is required to reserve your date.
A separate security deposit check OF $ 400.00 must be given 30 days before the
function.
(this check will not be cashed unless client shows up before their rental
starts, loss, damage, additional hours are added or extra guests appear ).
The other ½ is due ONE week before with your final guest count.
