Pinehurst Events Facility Rental 
 for Weddings Only With NO Reception  
at Our Location (770-474-7997)

* Clients wishing to have their wedding Only at our location must rent Back half of the facility which includes, pavilion and ballroom for the Two hour base price of $ 800.00 for the first 2 hours and 
$ 250.00 per hour for each additional hour. We do require a $ 250.00 (in a separate check) security deposit 60 days before the function to cover any damage , theft or running over rental time contracted. If none of this occurs the we will reissue a check within 30 
days after the function and mail it back to you.

*  On Saturdays we do not rent the Facility out for weddings only, unless they can be completely 
finished no later than 3:00 p.m. Unless you rent the Whole House for the minimum of Three Hours. 
The cost of this is $ 1,600.00.

* Clients renting the Facility for weddings only cannot bring in any food items.

* Guest must stay outside before the wedding if weather permits.

* Client will have access only to the areas they have rented.

* Client must realize that by renting half of the facility the other half could be rented. 
This means that there could be other guest in the front part of the facility 
 and if this happens you would not have exclusivity to the parking lot or bathrooms. 
If the front of the facility is rented to someone other that the wedding client the wedding 
guest must park  in Patrick Henry High Schools parking lot across the street
 and leave the small parking lots at the facility open for other parties.

* Client can rent the whole house (Before 2:00) if they wish for $ 1,000.00
for two hour base and $ 300.00 for each additional hour. If client arrives before or 
departs after the time stated on the contract client will be billed for the additional hours
or it will be taken out of their security deposit.

* All deliveries: Times must be setup with Pinehurst first to make sure someone is here to except them.
If someone from Pinehurst comes in to except a delivery and the delivery does not arrive
at the argeed set-up time the client will be charged for the time spent waiting.

* All deliveries must be paid for in full by client before delivery is excepted.
Pinehurst will not except any delivery that come COD.

*  All outside venders must contact Pinehurst no less than 30 days before the function to go over 
guidelines and rules.  If venders do not contact us they will not be able to work here.

* If you rent the back half of the facility there is No charge for the use of the pavilion....
but, there is a $ 350.00 fee if you want us to clean and set-up this pavilion area and have the use of our
 wedding vines large floral urn.  We can also provide up to 100 white wedding chairs for $ 2.00 a chair.
 
(bows at end of isle not included) OR $ 2.50 for just the chairs and No pavilion set-up..

*  The ballroom is only available for an inside wedding if the weather is bad or the month 
it is booked is not good for outside weddings.  If client wishes to have the wedding inside
there will ne an additional charge for moving the furniture.

* Furniture in the ballroom will remain set up for a reception.
This means that the table and chairs remain set up where they are and will not be moved 
unless there is bad weather, then we would move the center furniture to make an isle.

* If the weather is bad your guest can be seated at these tables but
there will be a $50.00 charge for putting all the furniture being put
back where it was before the function.

* The ballroom can seat 100 people around tables leaving a center isle and
has enough room to stand another 75 to 100 more.

* If the weather is inclement the dance floor would be the area the wedding would
take place in front of the dance floors French doors. If client has paid for the pavilion set-up 
this area inside will be decorated for the wedding.

* If you wish to decorate yourselves you must add hours to your rental time to do so and any 
decorations must be approved by us before ordering them.

* Any items left after the wedding will not be held without a rental charge
and become property of the facility after the 2nd day of being left here.

* Client must follow all the rental rules stated in our rental contract.

* Base payment for the rental must be made in Full upon contracting the facility.

* If a rehearsal is required there is a rental charge of $100.00 and must be held Tuesday through 
Thursday.  $200.00 for a Friday rehearsal and a Friday rehearsal must be over no later than 3:00 p.m.  
The rehearsal time must be setup with us right away since if not set up the time
could conflict other functions that are booked during your time slot.

* Bridal directors are available for an additional charge of $ 350.00.
She will be there to help out the day of the rehearsal and the wedding day.
These people will work with you at your rehearsal practice and help out the day of the wedding 
with last minute things and telling you when to walk, etc.

* No sparklers, birdseed, rice or confetti can be thrown.

* If rose peddles are thrown outside they must be fresh
or if thrown inside they must be silk.

* No bubbles inside.

* The client is responsible for cleaning up any trash left by guest.

*  A contract must be written up with the full rental cost paid at that time to hold
the date for the client.  Once the rental is received a contract will be written with a receipt 
for the money and is considered a non refundable contract if cancellation occurs after 24 hours 
of receiving the rental payment.  Anything extra that is added to the contract is must be received
 Two week before in the form of cash or certified check.
(no personal checks are excepted for final payments of any additions to this contract).

If a contract or order is taken over the phone and a deposit is given with a credit card this is 
considered a binding contract since an agreement has been made by the facility and 
the client to hold a date and time and compensation has been given to do so.
