The basic is only available till 2:00 on Saturdays.
Please remember that when getting married at the wedding pavilion from
1:00 to 4:00 you are directly in the sun.
This might make you want to either start earlier or after 4:00 during
the warm months.
VERY BASIC WEDDING / RECEPTION

If you require a very basic wedding :
This is the reception we offer Friday before 5:00, Saturday mornings AND
Sundays anytime
(must be over by 2:00 p.m.)
Can also be used during the week. This is a Very Basic Wedding
Package plans.
Wedding / reception with a 100 person
minimum.
* You get a total rental of 3
hours the day of the wedding which includes a FREE ONE
hour rehearsal (rehearsal days Tuesday through Thursday)
(This package is available on Friday before 5:00 or anytime on Sunday
but must be finished on Saturday by 2:00)
* ONE hour Pre
wedding, TWO hours ceremony / reception time.
* Additional hours may be purchased but functions must be finished
by 2:00 on Saturdays.
* This package include the use of the wedding pavilion (un
decorated) , deck, ballroom and banquet area.
* There would be back ground music available for the reception if
you decide not to hire a D.J.
* Pricing would also include covered tables ,with basic white
centerpieces that include globes
and candles on the larger round tables with chairs in the ballroom area.
* Dressed cake table. Gift table and punch table with floral
centerpieces.
* Includes set-up and break-down of catering and cleaning crew.

Set up of
wedding pavilion with floral urn, vines and chairs.....$ 550.00.
Coffee, Unity candle holder, bubble
machine, P.A. system and mic., and punch fountain can be added
for an additional charge.
We can also supply your minister /
judge, D.J., photographer and flowers for your wedding
and cake for an additional charge OR you can bring in your own
licensed vendor.

do not include the D.J., Photographer, Florist, Limo in our package

We feel the Bride should make the decision of what vendor works best for
her.
We can line up your vendors for you to make our location a one
stop shop.
We also have a list of preferred vendors you can choose from that
are licensed
and insured if you'd like to choose them yourself.
Client may bring in their own vendors as long as their licensed and
insured.
These vendors must contact or meet with us no less than 2 weeks before
the function to
go over the rules and have any questions answered.
