Rental Includes 3 hours rental time:
This
beautifully decorated Victorian Home with our new 2,800 sq. ft. Ballroom and
Banquet area is graced with elegant oil paintings, oriental rugs and crystal
chandeliers, and a 35 x 30 foot area to dance. We offer covered guest tables
with some centerpieces. Extra large round tables and banquet tables have
beautiful silk floral centerpiece and crystal globes with candles for rent.
Also, comes with cake table, punch table, gift table, sweet heart table,
basic white table cloths and skirting, audio sound system in the main part of
the house with light back ground music. The use of our toasting goblets,
cake knives and silver cake stand. Mood lighting inside and outside with
miniature white lighting in trees. The L shaped porch and deck areas have
rocking chairs, and outside tables, chairs and an outside bar area (if needed).
Our location also offers beautifully landscaped gardens with statues, fountains
and lawn swings highlighted by a large wedding pavilion on a knoll of a hill.
Catering

A
special catering menu. Servers for buffet and to serve wedding cake are also
included. Wedding cake that your florist can supply fresh flowers and
topper to match what your wedding party is carrying OR we can supply flowers for
a nominal charge. Silver punch bowls. A bridal box packed for the
bride and groom to take with them upon leaving. Cleaning crew.

These
prices are figured up in units of 50 to give you an idea of cost. When you
give your final count it will be refigured up on the total guest count.
This means that your count doesnt have to go in units of 50. Please
remember to count the bridal party, Photographers DJs. or anyone helping with
the wedding that will be eating.

A
down payment of 50% is required to book date, facility and service people.
Dates will not be held without receiving this deposit.
An $400.00 refundable security
deposit will be added to all packages to cover damage, overrun of time or extra
guest, etc. This must be given in a separate check.
Final count and payment is due
1 week before the function with your final count. Final count may go up
after given up to 3 days before the wedding but, cannot be decreased after
given. Final payment on the increase must be made upon arrival the day of
the rehearsal in cash or credit card. All
vendors must come in Or contact us No less than Two Weeks before the function.
Price
Does Not include bar or bartender but these can be added to you reception for an
additional pricing.
Ask
to see list of extra items that can be added to these receptions. All beer
and wine must be supplied by Pinehurst Caterers since we do have a beer and wine
license. We now also offer bar package plans that go from just champagne
to beer and wine to a full bar with beer, wine and liquor that includes tax,
bartender(s) and a special permit for the day. We do not offer cash bars
but feel like our package plans are
priced very reasonably. When ordering the package plans if at the end of
the reception there is any bottles of beer, wine or liquor that has not been
open we do allow you to take it with you.

All alcohol must be purchased through the Facility.
To add Glass Or China To any package plan that is quoted with plastic is
$ 2.50 for finger foods and $ 3.50 for dinner buffet per person.
Set-up
& break-down of our wedding pavilion:
Includes cleaning up the pavilion area, setting up 100 white folding
chairs (more chairs can be added for $ 2.00 per chair), Floral vines around the
front two gazebo pillars. And a large urn filled with silk ferns and white
flowers
