You cannot bring in outside food  

If your guest count is 35 to 40 you must rent the whole front half of the facility or upgrade 
to a different wedding package plan for 50 or more people that would be held in the ballroom portion
 of the facility which includes the ballroom, dance floor and buffet areas.

Hours can be added to these plans for an additional charge.

( A )  Includes up to Three hours total with One room rental in the front half of the facility:  
During the week and Sundays it would be up to you to choose how you want to break-up the 3 hours 
since these hours would be from when you get here till you leave. 
Extra hours may be added for $ 150.00  per hour up to 2:00 p.m. on Saturdays.  
(Saturday Mornings the time would be 10:00 to 1:00.  This includes ONE large room in the front of the facility)
This room would have enough room to put a wedding cake and gifts and still seat your guest comfortably.
This room is not large enough for DJ and dancing. (No dance floor in this area) 
You may add another room for an additional charge or up-grade to the Ballroom which has a dance floor. 

This will include a Basic Seated Served meal for up to 25 people.  ($ 30.00 /pp for more than 25 people.)
The Basic Seated Served meal can be upgraded to a more elaborate menu if you wish (ask to see menu).
A Two tiered Wedding Cake is included but you must supply the topper and fresh flowers for this cake.  
The meal will include the taxes and your servers.  
Tips for these servers is Not included in any of these receptions.  All tips should be given to servers directly.

The cost for this reception with the wedding pavilion set-up is $ 1,800.00.  No wedding pavilion.  $ 1,400.00.

A Veggie Tray with Dip, Tea Sandwiches (2 kinds), A Strawberry Platter with dip
 OR  A decorated Cheese Mold with
crackers, and Sugared Pecans.

We can supply a minister or a justice of the piece, photographer, bridal flowers, harpist
 and Music for an additional charge to any of these Package Planes above.  
Pricing for this would depend upon what is needed.
  

Pinehurst is now allowing our Clients to bring in their own Adult beverages.  
Client MUST use our Bartending and Bar set-ups for an additional charge.  
All bridal parties will need to come ready for the Ceremony.  

If client wishes to have us set up their wedding at the pavilion:  

The wedding pavilion and grounds will be cleaned up and set-up with silk vines and urn.  
Guest can stand around the pavilion for the ceremony 
Or the client can add white folding chairs for $ 2.50 per chair. 

(If you wish to get married in the yard or the porch and not at the wedding pavilion you must remember 
that a larger booked wedding at the same time will have priority over any small wedding 
for the use of decks or wedding pavilions towards the back of the property & hours.)
