Information
  •  Deposit for meeting rooms is half of the rental fee and is applied towards final invoice. Final head count, room set-up and payment is due 2 weeks before contracted date.
  • For cancellation or no-shows less than 2 weeks before contracted date, there is no refund on the deposit and entire rental amount is due.  For cancellation more than 2 weeks before contracted date, there is no refund on deposit amount.
  • Continental Breakfast (or heavier) Lunch, Beverages and Craft service are available from our catering department. Dinner can be supplied for evening meetings. Ask to have menu's and pricing sent.  There is a 12 person minimum or orders.  Outside food and beverages can not be brought in.
  • If client need to come earlier or stay later than their contracted time there will be a charge added to your rate.

Clients are more than welcome to bring their own equipment
but they must set-up and break-down within their rental time
and supply all their own extension cords, adaptors, carts, etc.
Cost for extra hours needed to set up will be added to the rental.
