Pricing information for functions held at Pinehurst 2010:

 

Ballroom /  Capacity for Meetings 50 To 180 People  seated with tables. 
Auditorium Style Seating 200 to 225

 

This room is setup with 8 large round tables (of 10) plus 6 – 8 foot tables that will give you seating for up to  140 people.  More tables and chairs can be added for 30 people more.  There is a dance floor area that can be set up for additional people or speeches. For an additional charge of $ 250.00 we can break-down the tables and set the room up auditorium style offering just seating.  We will also offer a sign-in table & podium if needed.

 

The cost of the rental for the ballroom during the week during the day, Monday through Friday for up to 4 hours or less is $ 450.00 is just the room is needed or $ 400.00 if Lunch is being served along with the room rental.  The cost for up to 6 hours or less is $ 550.00 or $ 500.00  with food being ordered for lunch.
 The cost of the rental for the ballroom during the week in the evenings (after 4:00) Monday through Thursday is the same as mentioned above.  If this area is needed on Friday evening the cost goes up $ 275.00 more on the 4 hour or less rental and $ 300.00 more on the 6 or less rental charge.

 

We offer Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner plus Kraft items and Heavy Horsd’s. in the evening..  Ask to see menus for these items. 
These can be set up seated served or buffet to suite your needs.

 

Banquet Room  # 2  /  Capacity for meetings is 32 with center of room open for speaker or 48 if center of the room is used for seating.  We also offer smaller rooms that can hold 18, 28, or 36 people Tuesday through Thursday and come with a special seated served menu to choose from.  Ask to see menu offered.

The banquet room is set-up with 4 - 8 foot long banquet tables that can seat 8 to 10 people per table on both sides. 

 

The cost of the rental during the week, in the day time Tuesday through Friday is $ 150.00 for 4 hours or less or $ 250.00 for 6 hours or less.    The cost of the rental of the room during the week in the evenings (after 4:00) Monday through Thursday is $ 250.00 for 4 hours or less and $ 300.00 for 6 hours or less. 


The smaller rooms are $75.00 for the first two hours and $ 50.00 per hour for any time
needed over 2.

Please ask for discount pricing if you need the whole facility during the day or evenings so groups can branch out after the main meeting.
