SMALL PARTIES 30 AND UNDER (FOR SEATED DINNERS) 
CAN RENT ROOMS IN THE FRONT OF THE TEA ROOM ON FRIDAY NIGHT FOR $ 100.00 A ROOM 
FOR 2 HOURS AND $ 75.00 @ A HOUR FOR ANY HOURS OVER THE FIRST TWO. 
THIS IS THE CHARGE FOR ONE ROOM AND WOULD 
BE DOUBLE IF YOU WANTED TWO ROOMS.

MEDIUM SIZE PARTIES OVER 30 TO 32 (FOR SEATED DINNERS) 
THERE IS NO RENTAL CHARGE FOR THE FIRST 2 HOURS IF YOUR GROUP CAN FIT IN ONE ROOM 
THE FRONT OF THE TEA ROOM. IF YOU NEED TO ADD A ROOM TO ACCOMMODATE YOUR GUEST (over 32) 
THERE IS A RENTAL CHARGE FOR THE 2ND ROOM OF $ 100.00 AND $ 75.00 PER HOUR 
FOR ANY HOURS OVER THE FIRST TWO.

BUFFET AREA IS ALSO AVAILABLE FOR RENT FOR PEOPLE THAT HAVE 32 TO 48 PEOPLE 
IF THE BACK OF THE HOUSE IS NOT RENTED FOR ANOTHER FUNCTION. 
THE COST FOR THE BUFFET ROOM IS $ 300.00 
FOR 2 HOURS AND $ 125.00 PER HOUR FOR EXTRA HRS.  
EVERYONE WOULD BE IN ONE ROOM TOGETHER WITH PRIVATE POWDER ROOM.

LARGER PRIVATE PARTIES (OVER 50 PEOPLE )  
MUST RENT THE BANQUET AREA AND THE BALLROOM ON FRIDAYS AND SUNDAYS 
TO HAVE AN AREA FOR THE BUFFET TO BE SET UP
THIS AREA IS$ 900.00 FOR THE FIRST 2 HOURS & $ 350.00
AN HOUR FOR EACH ADDITIONAL HOUR. IF SEATED SERVED MEAL IS NEEDED AND
  BUFFET IS NOT NEEDED THE COST FOR THE BALLROOM ONLY IS $ 600.00 
FOR THE FIRST 2 HOURS.

THIS COST IS 1/2 PRICE ON FRIDAYS FOR CLIENTS THAT WE ARE CATERING 
THEIR WEDDINGS THE NEXT DAY 
OR IF THE DINNER IS HELD TUESDAY THROUGH THURSDAY IN THE EVENING.

THE WHOLE TEA ROOM IS AVAILABLE FOR RENT
IF CLIENT WANTS TO HAVE EXCLUSIVITY TO THE TEA ROOM.
IF THEY ONLY RENT A ROOM OR 1/2 OF THE HOUSE THERE COULD BE OTHER FUNCTIONS 
GOING ON IN THE FRONT OF THE HOUSE WHICH MEANS THEY MUST SHARE
PARKING, PROPERTY AND BATHROOMS.


IF CLIENT IS HAVING THEIR WEDDING AT THE TEA ROOM THE NEXT DAY  
AND WANT TO HAVE THEIR REHEARSAL DINNER HERE, 
WILL NOT BE CHARGE FOR A ROOM IN THE FRONT OF THE HOUSE
.
 
A SEATED SERVED DINNER PLAN WILL HAVE TO BE CHOSEN AND THE FOOD, 
TAX AND SERVICE CHARGE WILL STILL HAVE TO BE PAID.

PRE ORDERING IS REQUIRED FOR EVERYONE OFF OF THE FOLLOWING SPECIAL MENUS. 
YOU CAN BUILD YOUR OWN MENU FOR YOUR GUEST. ONCE CHOSEN, EVERYONE WILL 
RECEIVE THE SAME FOOD SELECTION.
IF ONE OF YOUR GUEST ARE A VEGETARIAN YOU CAN ORDER A SEPARATE DINNER FOR THEM.
