Small parties under 30 people
(for seated dinners)
Can rent rooms in the front of the tea room on Friday night for $ 100.00 per
room
for 2 hours and $ 50.00 per hour after the first two.
Medium size parties over 30
people (for seated dinners)
There is No rental charge for the first 2 hours if your group can
fit in One room
at the front of the Tea Room. If you need to add an extra room to accommodate your guest
over 32 there is a
rental charge for the 2nd room of $ 100.00 for 2 hours
and $ 50.00 per hour for any hours over
the first two.
Buffet are is also available for rent for people that have 32 to 48 people
If the back of the house is not rented for another function the cost of the
buffet room is
$ 200.00 and $ 100.00 a hour for any hours over the first two.
Larger Private Parties (Over 50 people to 200 )
Must rent the Banquet area and Ballroom on Friday and Sundays to have the buffet
area to set up buffet and their own rest room and entrance.
This area is $ 600.00 for the first two hours and $ 200.00
for each additional hour after the first two.
If seated served meal is needed and the buffet area is not needed
the cost for
the Ballroom
only is $ 500.00 for the first 2 hours.
The cost quoted is Half Price
on Fridays for clients that we are catering
their weddings the next
day. They will be charged for the food, tax and service.
The cost if also Half Price to any client if any dinner is held
Tuesday through
Thursday in the evening.
The Whole Tea Room is
available for Rent
If client wants to have exclusivity of the whole building.
If they only rent a room or 1/2 of the hours there could be other functions
going on in other rooms of the house which means everyone must share
parking, property and restrooms.
Pre ordering is required for everyone off of the following special menus.
You can build your own menu for your guest. Once chosen, everyone will receive
the same food selection.
If some of your guest are vegetarians you may order a separate dinners for them.
(Service charges are not tips. Since we are not normally open in the
evenings the service charge pays
for all the workers in the kitchen and the floor needed to work your function)
