Add
18% service charge for a Two hour buffet if held at the tea room.
This service charge includes catering equipment, servers, set-up
and break-down. The
quantity of food prepared is based on the estimated number of guest
given, and should not be considered “ all you can eat.”
Final guarantee of guest count is required 7 days in advanced of
your reservation. Count can
go up to two days before but can not go down after final count is given.
Offered Tue. through Friday 11:00 to 2:00 no rental.
Evenings and weekends rental will be charged and require a 35
person minimum. Not available on Saturdays after 2:00 p.m.
