Private High Tea Buffet / 2012

Saturday 11:00 to 1:00 (with rental charge)
(also available for private parties during the week Tuesday through Thursday 
with 35 or more people) We offer a Holiday High Tea in December that is 
open to the Public for reservations.  Call for time and date.

 

High Tea Menu  / sample

Beverage Choices:
Ice Cold Peach Punch,  Iced Tea and Imported Hot Teas
served with cream, sugar, lemon and Honey

(Sample Menu / Items might change from Tea to Tea)

Hot Spinach & Artichoke Heart  Or Hot Seafood Dip  Or a Hot Broccoli & Mushroom Dip  
 served with white mini corn chips  Or triskets  Or  toasted French bread rounds

Five kinds of Assorted Finger Sandwiches (examples)
Chicken Salad Triangles  /  Cucumber Rounds  /  Graded Homemade Pimento Cheese
Ham Salad on Rye  /  Egg Salad with Bacon

Fresh Strawberries  (in season) with Devonshire Cream
and , Or  Trifle Trifle (English or Black Forest)

Assorted Miniature Tea Pastries and Desserts

Base Price per person $ 25.00 /pp   /   Children 8 and under is Half Price
 (We must have at least 35 people to have a High Tea)

Pinehurst hosted High Teas are only offered if we can get 35 or more people to attend. 
The Menu items will be set-up in an Elegant Buffet Style so Guest
may sample all of the different and wonderful finger foods offered. 
(More than once if they wish!) 
This Buffet will overwhelm your tastes buds but not your Pocket Book.


Private High Teas must be held in rooms large enough to hold your people and the buffet.  
Pricing for the rental of the room will depend upon on your final count of guest.

If a Private High Tea is required the client must give the total amount of the rental and 
a 1/2 deposit on their estimated about of people. 
The other half is due one week before the function with their final count. 
High Teas that have 100 or more people do not have to pay rental charge 
for the first 2 hours if held during the week or  11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. on Saturdays.
(You may add a hour to the beginning of your rental for $ 50.00 more)

Pricing includes your party workers but does not include any tip you may wish to give them
for a job well done.  This should be given directly to them the day of the High Tea.
