Affairs by
Pinehurst Caterers owned by Lynda and Charles Dubbs has been in the full
service catering business since 1978
in the Atlanta Area. They have not only done thousands of wedding
receptions but worked for many big business in the area. Some of these businesses are Macy's, Delta, Ford, B.J.'s Wholesale Club,
Costco, A.C.O.G., NBC , Ga. Power and many of the Chamber's of Commerce to name just a few.
Pinehurst Caterers offers full service catering for away parties
along with special party plan for parties that are to be held at their
special events facility.
No matter what the occasion or the location they are ready to offer you
wonderful food and excellent service that
has made them one of Atlanta's Top Caterers for so many years.
Pinehurst is available to Cater at their
location or the location of your choice and also offers a full array of
carry-out items.
TEA ROOM
& EVENTS FACILITY
The Pinehurst
Tea Room is located at 108 S. Lee Street in the city of Stockbridge,
Georgia. This beautiful Victorian style house is known to have been deeded to a descendant of Robert E. Lee in
1913 who was also one of the first Mayors or Stockbridge. Following him, one of his son's owned
the home who also was one of
Stockbridge's Mayors.
This house stayed in the Lee family until Mrs. Mildred Lee passed away
1994. Charles and Lynda Dubbs, purchased the home in 1995. The house was in such poor condition when first purchased that they
immediately began an 18 month restoration of the home. They tried to retain as much of the original Victorian structure that
they possibly could. In keeping with that intent, they furnished the house with graceful period antiques, beautiful
chandeliers, original artwork, and lavish decorations. A 2,800 Sq. Ft. Ballroom
with banquet buffet area was added in 2003. This Ballroom
offers a large dance
floor which gives this location room for up to 300 people totally inside the house and 400 using inside and outside decks
and porches.
In addition this location offers over 3 acres of beautifully landscaped
grounds with a wrap-around veranda connecting
to a shady, spacious deck which connects to a large walkway
lined with fountains shaded by
majestic Pecan and Black Walnut trees. The pinnacle of the yard is
an 18 ft
Greek Revival Wedding Pavilion with a hand-crafted wrought iron filigree
dome, and etched pathway leading
back to the patio. No where in Atlanta is there a pavilion of this
size and structure offered for weddings.
Pinehurst
has become one of Henry County's premier event facilities for Cocktail
Parties, Weddings,
Rehearsal Dinners, Bridal Luncheons, and Corporate Seminars and
Meetings.
With almost 30 years catering experience there is no detail they cannot
handle.
"The difference between our location and other facilities offered
for events in this area is that people
do not have to rent tables, chairs, and dance floors.
They don't have to set-up, clean-up and take the trash home with them
after their function.
" They can be guest at their own party and leave everything else to
us."
By treating themselves to a true dinning experience they will have
a function that will be remembered by
everyone attending for a long time to come. Pinehurst Tea
Room and Catering has won much recognition
over the years and hopes to continue to fill a big need in the
community by bringing
elegance and beauty to the people of Atlanta, Henry County and
surrounding counties for many years to come.
The Tea Room is
open to the public Tuesday through Friday for Lunch 11:00 to 2:30.

Sunday Brunches and High Teas are offered FOUR times a year (check
calendar of events for dates and times)
Evenings and weekends are totally for private functions.

and corporate seminars and meetings.
