plans at our location include: Rental, food, set-up, break-down tax,
workers. linens, tables & chairs.
These menu's can be used for functions held at other locations.
If so the pricing would include food, taxes and workers only.
Price
does Not Include Bar Set-ups Or Bartender. This can be figured up separately.
Pinehurst is now allowing their Clients to bring in Adult Beverags but all
Bar set-ups and Bartending must be supplied by Pinehurst Events Facility.
Quotes for
bar set-ups are with plastic. Glass can be added for an additional charge.
We
do not include the DJ, Photographer, Florist, Limo in our package plans.
We feel the Bride should make the decision of what vendor works best for her but, we can line up your
vendors
for you to make our location a one
stop shop.
We also have a list of preferred vendors you can choose from that are licensed and insured if
you'd like to choose them yourself.
Client may bring in their own vendors as long as their are wedding
professionals.
These vendors must contact or meet with us no less than One Month before the
function
to go over the rules and have any questions answered.
These
Menu's if held at our location include rental time, set-up, break-down, food
linens, workers and taxes.
If these menu's are used at an Away Party the pricing will include Food,
workers, and taxes only.
Since
we have such a large amount of Menu's to offer we do not give out pricing over
the phone but
would be glad to set up an appointment to tour, look at our
portfolio's and go over pricing.
An appointment must be made since we do have two seperate offices and are
not at
our location all the time to show the property.
We
can also offer menus to fit your needs if you do not fine one on our web site
that
meets your requirements or budget.
