PRICING FOR GROUPS OF 50 TO 350 PEOPLE

HALF House rental for 99 GUEST or under :
TOTAL THREE hours total rental time.  
*  This includes ONE hour FREE rehearsal time if wedding is being held here the week before the wedding (not available on Fridays) 
*The THREE hours the day of the wedding are usually broken down to ONE hour before the wedding and TWO hours 
for the wedding and reception OR you can use the THREE hours for reception only 
if your getting married at another location. 
( this means from when you want to arrive till you expect to leave.) 
*Additional hours may be added OR deleted upon the need of the client.
(IF MORE TIME IS NEEDED OR YOU WISH TO DELETE TIME YOU MAY ADD OR SUBTRACT $ 400.00 A HOUR TO PACKAGE PLAN AMOUNT. )


50 TO 99 GUEST  /   HALF HOUSE RENTAL
*  This means you will have the back half of the house which includes the ballroom and dance floor with buffet area plus the use of the use of the wedding pavilion 
(with no decorations or chairs) This can be added to the plan for an additional charge or you may supply your own.  
*  Any decorations brought in by the client must be approved by us first.  
*  When renting half of the house this means there could be other functions going on in the front of the house. 
*  You also get the use of our toasting goblets and cake knives if needed and silver cake stand. 
*  We also have centerpieces and buffet arrangements available for rent for a nominal price.
 *  We offer mood lighting inside and outside with miniature white lighting in trees.
 *  Outside offers a porch with rocking chairs, and outside tables, chairs. 
*  You would have the use of the deck area that offer small tables and chairs and an outside bar area (if needed). 
*  Outside of our location offers beautifully landscaped gardens with fountains and wedding pavilion.
 
100 TO 350 GUEST  /   WHOLE HOUSE RENTAL INCLUDES :  
THREE HOURS TOTAL RENTAL AND ONE HOUR FREE REHEARSAL TIME IF WEDDING IS HELD AT TEA ROOM.  
*  Use of the whole house, the Ballroom that is graced with a large dance floor, elegant oil paintings, and crystal chandeliers adjoining the large buffet area. 
*  We offer covered guest tables, banquet tables, cake table, punch table, gift table, honored guest table, table cloths 
and skirting, audio sound system with light back ground music for clients that do not hire a D.J.. 
*  You will also have the use of the wedding pavilion (with no decorations or chairs) 
*  This can be added to the plan or an additional charge or you may supply your own. 
*  You also get the use of our toasting goblets and cake knives if needed and silver cake stand. 
*  We also have centerpieces and buffet arrangements available for rent for a nominal price.

*  The L shaped porch and deck area have rocking chairs, and outside tables, chairs and an outside bar area (if needed).

CATERING INCLUDES :
*  Includes special catering menu with servers will be here for buffet and to serve wedding cake. 
*  Wedding cake is supplied by us and will be decorated in border work. 
*  You or your florist will supply the topper and any fresh flowers to match what your wedding party is carrying or the topper 
and flowers can be supplied by us in fresh or silk flowers for an additional charge. 
*  We also offer silver punch bowl's) for punch or a punch fountains can be added for an additional charge. 
*  A bridal box packed for the bride and groom to take with them upon leaving. 
*  Pricing also includes a cleaning crew.  Service charge and taxes are already included in the pricing.
A BRIDAL DIRECTOR CAN BE ADDED FOR AN ADDITIONAL CHARGE

*  These BASE price’s are figured up in units of 50 to give you an idea of cost. 
*  When you give your final count it will be re figured up on the total guest count 
and anything that might be added to your function. 
*  This means that your count doesn't have to go in units of 50. 
*  Please remember to count the bridal party, Photographers D.J.’s. or anyone helping with the wedding that will be eating.

WITH 50 PEOPLE $ 3,844.00 / WITH 75 PEOPLE $ 4,700.00
(includes rental, food, set-up and break-down, linens, worker, tax, etc.)
 
THESE PACKAGES IS SET UP FOR ONLY EARLY RENTALS FOR SMALLER RECEPTIONS ON SATURDAYS. 
IF YOU WISH TO HAVE IT ON FRIDAYS, SUNDAYS OR DURING THE WEEK YOU CAN CHOOSE YOUR 3 HOUR WEDDING DAY TIME SLOT. 
IF YOU WISH TO RENT THE WHOLE HOUSE ADD $ 500.00 TO THE ABOVE PRICE RENTING ½ OF THE HOUSE MEANS 
THAT THERE COULD BE OTHER FUNCTIONS IN THE FRONT OF THE HOUSE WHILE YOUR WEDDING IS GOING ON.

LIGHT FAIR PLAN # 1 -  100 to 350 PEOPLE
TOTAL RENTAL IS WITH WHOLE HOUSE RENTAL. CHOOSE TIMES BETWEEN (9:00 A.M. TO 3:00 P.M. OR 4:00 TO 12:00 P.M. )

WITH 100 PEOPLE $ 5,052.18  (includes rental, food, set-up and break-down, linens, worker, tax, etc.)

LIGHT FAIR PLAN # 2 -  100 TO 350 PEOPLE
TOTAL RENTAL IS WITH WHOLE HOUSE RENTAL. CHOOSE TIMES BETWEEN (9:00 A.M. TO 3:00 P.M.  OR  4:00 TO 12:00 P.M. ) 
 
WITH 100 PEOPLE $ 5,600.00   (includes rental, food, set-up and break-down, linens, worker, tax, etc.)

A down payment of 50% of your estimated amount of guest is required to book date, facility and service people. 
This first deposit can be done in  cash, personal check or most credit cards (if using American express there is a 5% service charge).  
Dates will not be held without receiving this deposit. A $400.00 refundable security deposit will be added to all packages to cover damage, overrun of time or extra guest, etc. 
This must be given in a separate check within 60 days of the event. Final count and payment is due ONE week before the function with your 
final count and must be made in cash, certified check or money order (no charges). 
Final count may go up after given up to 3 days before the wedding but, cannot be decreased after given. 
Final payment on the increase must be made upon arrival the day of the rehearsal in cash or credit card.


PRICE DOES NOT INCLUDE BAR OR BARTENDER BUT THESE CAN BE ADDED TO YOUR RECEPTION.
Ask to see list of extra items that can be added to these receptions. All beer and wine must be supplied by Pinehurst Caterers since we do have a beer and wine license. 
We now also offer bar package plans that go from just champagne to beer and wine to a full bar with beer, wine and liquor that includes tax, bartender(s) 
and a special permit for the day. We do not offer cash bars but , feel like our package plans are priced very reasonably. 
When ordering the BAR package plans if at the end of the reception there is any bottles of beer, wine or liquor that has not been open we do allow you to take it with you.
SOMETHING'S THAT CAN BE ADDED :
WEDDING PAVILION SET-UP INCLUDES :
   This includes the Wedding Vines, Large Urn filled with white silk flowers and ferns and up to 100 white folding chairs 
for guest.  Guest bookstand with ivy or easel for picture to be signed is also included. If the weather is bad the wedding ceremony can 
be moved in to the Ballroom ……….......................................................................... $550.00 More chairs can be added for the charge of $2.00 per chair.

ADD EXTRA HOURS : $ 400.00 PER HOUR NEEDED.

BRIDAL DIRECTOR FOR REHEARSAL AND THE WEDDING DAY : $ 350.00

CENTERPIECES FOR LARGE ROUND AND LONG 8 FT. TABLES :
STARTS AT $ 20.00 @ FOR SILK FLORAL WREATH W/ GLOBED CANDLE.  FRESH FLOWERS AVAILABLE FOR AN ADDITIONAL CHARGE.
 

We do not include the D.J., Photographer, Florist, Limo in our package plans.  
We feel the Bride should make the decision of what vendor works best for her and her budget but, 
we can line up your vendors for you to make our location a one stop shop.  
We also have a list of preferred vendors you can choose from that are licensed and insured if you'd like 
to choose them yourself.  Client may bring in their own vendors as long as their licensed and insured.
Outside vendors must contact or meet with us no less than 2 weeks before the function to go over the rules 
and have any questions answered.  They must send proof of license and insurance.
