Brunch Reception Only Package Plan at Our Location 2010

Pricing for Groups of 50 up to 250 people

With this plan you receive Whole House & Ballroom & Property Rental, setup & breakdown, 
basic white linens, food, Workers, tax and cleanup.

3 hours total rental time (this means from when you want to arrive till you expect to leave). 
Additional hours may be added
if you wish to have your wedding at our location. 
See the next page for hourly pricing.  You don't pay extra for catering set-up and break-down.

House Rental Includes :
This beautifully decorated Victorian Home with our new 2,800 sq. ft. Ballroom and Buffet 
area is graced with elegant oil paintings, oriental rugs and crystal chandeliers. 
We offer covered guest tables with centerpieces available for rent or you can bring in your own. 
Rental comes with cake table, punch table, gift table, honored guest table, table cloths 
and skirting, audio sound system with light back ground music.  
Bride and Groom have the use of our toasting goblets and cake knives if they wish.  
A Silver cake stand is provided for wedding cake. 
There is Mood lighting inside with miniature white lighting in topiary trees. 
There is an L shaped porch around the house as well as a large deck and outside bar area that offers rocking 
chairs, and outside tables, chairs. Our property offers beautiful landscaped gardens with fountains.

Catering Includes :

Includes special catering menu with servers for buffet and to serve wedding cake. 
We supply the wedding cake that your florist can supply fresh flowers 
to match what your wedding party is carrying OR we can supply the flowers
 and topper for an additional price. 
Punch comes in silver punch bowls or you can upgrade to a fountain. 
A bridal box packed for the bride and groom to take with them upon leaving. 
Cleaning crew is also included.

These price’s are figured up in units of 50 to give you an idea of cost. 
When you give your final count it will be re figured up on the total guest count. 
This means that your count doesn't have to go in units of 50. 
Please remember to count the bridal party, Photographers DJs or anyone helping 
with the wedding that will be eating.

Set-up appointment to tour and go over pricing.

A down payment of 50% is required to book date, facility and service people. 
Dates will not be held without receiving this deposit. Deposit is non refundable if client cancels.

$400.00 refundable security deposit will be added to all packages to cover damage, overrun of time or extra guest, etc.  This must be given in a separate check. Final count and payment is due 1 week before the function with your final count. Final count may go up after given up to 3 days before the wedding but, cannot be decreased after given. Final payment on the increase must be made upon arrival the day of the rehearsal in cash or credit card.

To add extra hours : ………………………………………………………… $ 400.00 per hour

To add floral centerpieces with globe and candle:
$ 20.00 EA. for silk wreaths & globed candles. Price goes up for fresh flower Arrangements.

To add Two tall silk flowers buffet arrangements:…… $ 50.00 for both.

Pinehurst is allowing their 2010 Clients to supply their own Adult beverges.
Bar set-up and bartender must be supplied by Pinehurst.
  Ask to see the pricing plans for set-ups and bartenders.

To add glass or china 
to any of these package plans: 
Add $ 2.50 for finger foods and $ 3.50 for dinner buffet / pp.

Set-up and Break-down of Wedding Pavilion: 
Includes cleaning up the pavilion area, setting up 100 white folding chair's
(more chairs can be added for $ 2.00 per chair), 
Floral vines around the front two gazebo pillars and a large urn filled with silk ferns and white flowers …….$ 550.00

Trained Wedding Director supplied by us: for rehearsal and wedding day…….……….$ 450.00
