Wedding & Grooms Cake Information

The Basic Wedding Cake: We offer in our wedding package plans a homemade pound (which is a light textured pound cake) with a seedless French Raspberry preserve between the layers. If you do not wish to have the raspberry preserves you may substitute apricot preserves, lemon curd, chocolate, mocha or butter cream icing instead.

If you do not want the Basic Cake you can up grade (for an additional charge of $ 1.50 to
$ 2.50 more /pp) to other flavored cake. We also offer Lemon Apricot pound, Marble Swirl Pound, Orange or Lemon poppy seed, Autumn Spice, Banana Pineapple (with or without nuts), Walnut or Pecan Bourbon Pound, Bailey's Irish Cream, Coconut Cream Pound, Gran Mariner Orange, Blue Velvet or Rich Yellow Butter cake or Key West Lime.

For Groom Cake: Our normal Grooms Cakes offered are Triple Chocolate Devils Food Rum, or a Brownie w/ Chocolate Mousse Filling, Glazed with poured Chocolate.

For a higher per person charge of $ 1.50 more /pp, you can order Coke a Cola Cake, Red Velvet Cake, German Chocolate Cake, Strawberry Cake and Carrot cake. We do not offer these cakes for wedding cakes since they are lighter in texture and do not hold up well when stacked.

Alternative suggestions for Grooms Cake: You might want to think about offering a tart, cheese cake or pie table.

We offer a layered dessert tasting cake. Ask to see pictures of this. It has Wow factor.

Chocolate fountains are also available with all the dipping goodies.

We've had grooms who have favorite desserts that they want to share with guest like Banana pudding, Chocolate dipped Strawberries, Chocolate Chip Cookie Tower to name a few.
