This is not a package plan.  The price that is quoted include food, tax and workers for a 3 hour reception.  This can be used at the location of your choice or you can add the rental charge and host it at our location.  Contact us for rental charge for the amount of time you need.  This menu is designed for people that want a unique reception with a large verity of food to choose from.

( 1 )  A Carving Station with One Meat : (Two types of meat if guest count is 200 or more guest):
  Your choice of  Roasted Marinated Beef, Honey baked Ham, Baked Turkey Breast,  Herbed boneless Pork Loin  Or Corned beef. 
Station comes with silver dollar rolls & condiments.   
You may up-grade your meat choice to Tenderloin of Beef or Boneless Herbed Lamb for an additional charge.

( 2 )  Seafood Station  (Counts as Two Station choices) 
Shrimp with a cocktail & remoulade sauce /  Seafood Newburg with rice  /   Baked Salmon in a lemon Butter dill sauce

( 3 )  Pasta Station: 

Tri colored tortellini filled with Three cheese and fresh garlic served with an Alfredo sauce

This stations will display a large cascading  selection of fresh fruit & berries
and Banana Coconut Balls.  This will be served with our famous Hot Chocolate Fondue,
 Pina Coloda Dip, Amaretto Cheese Cake Dip and Hot toffee Fondue

( 9 )  Your Wedding Cake and Grooms Cake Station:
Wedding Cake: Homemade pound cake with seedless French raspberry or icing between iced in a rich butter
cream icing presented on a silver cake display plate cake.  
Florist must supply fresh or silk flowers to match your wedding flowers Or 
You can order them from us for an additional charge.  Topper is not included. 
Grooms Cake: We have 3 different kinds of Grooms cake.  Ask for descriptions.

( 10 )  Punch, soda, and coffee Station: 
This Bar offers Peach Punch, an assortment of  coke, diet coke & sprite.  Also bottled water. 
Coffee bar includes: Regular and decaf coffee, mini chocolate chips, assorted sweeteners,
honey, assorted flavored creamers, whipped toppings and ground cinnamon.

( 11 )  A Gourmet Mashed Potato Station: 
Chaffers filled with hot garlic, plain & white cheddar mashed potatoes. 
This comes with assorted toppings like sour cream, grated cheddar cheese, whipped butter, blue cheese crumbles and bacon pieces. 
Also your choice of a sherry seafood cream sauce Or a rich Cabernet mushroom au jus.

Price includes: Glass plates, stainless flatware, white paper napkins. ( A $ 2.00 /pp discounted if  plastic is preferred)
