The Tea Room is not open to the public except for  private catered functions. 
You can still host large group luncheons during the week with a

pre order and a 15 person minimum.  You choose your Two hour time slot during the week.

There is a rental charge of $ 50.00 during the week if your group is under 25 people but,

No rental charge during the week in the day time if you have 25 or more for the first two hours.  

If you need more than two hours the additional hours would run $ 40.00 per hour.

This is for One of the front dinning rooms unless your group does not fit in the dinning rooms available.

There is a rental charge if function is held in the evening during the week and this will depend on your head count
and what room you need for your function.

On Saturday's we have a time of 11:00 to 1:00 open for smaller functions with rental.  
The Front of the house rental charge for One room is $ 100.00 per room for 2 hours.  
These rooms will seat 18, 28 and 32 people.  
Some of these room are connected and can hold up to 50 people for a seated served luncheon.  
You may add hours to the beginning of the rental but all functions 
must be over by 1:00 or full house rental will be charged since we have a lot of weddings 
booked on Saturdays after 1:00 and must have time to clean up and reset.

This rental charge is Not a deposit on food order and will Not be credited towards the food order. 
Once the rental is paid the client must select a menu for their guest and everyone has to have the same food choices. 
If your luncheon is during the week and your guest count is larger than 25 there will still
need to be a contract and menu written up even though there is no rental charge.
To hold dates and time for larger groups we must have a credit card number with this written contract.

The payment for your luncheon is due the day of the function but we must have a credit
card number as a security deposit for the food.  If the client does not wish to give a credit card number
then we will need a deposit check for half of the food ordered and the other half
would need to be paid the day of. 
Final count must be given ONE week before the function but can be increased up to 5 days 
before the function but not decreased.

The Tea Room also offers a very large ballroom with a connecting buffet room and 
private entrance and powder room for larger luncheons and weddings on Saturday mornings.  
This area can seat 50 to 180 people depending upon your needs.

Once again this area is only offered till 1:00 p.m. unless the client
wishes to rent the whole house.

With a large group of 50 or more the Client will be required  pay the rental of the room and give a 1/2 deposit on the cost of the food. 
Two weeks before the large functions in the ballroom the final count and payment is due. 

You can increase after that count and payment is given (within reason)
up to the Monday before the function but can not go down on your final count after given.

After 1:00 p.m. on a Saturday, you must rent at least the whole front part of the Facility on Saturdays. 
This area would be the foyer, pallor, and two dinning rooms.
The rental on this is $ 500.00 for 3 hours and must be over by 4:00 p.m.

This can only be rented if we do not have a wedding scheduled that day
or if there is one it's scheduled later in the evening.

If you wish to have a luncheon on Sunday afternoon the rental charge is $ 300.00 
for 3 hours and will give you a larger room in the front of the house 
and no restrictions to choose your 3 hours within.

No outside catering or food may be brought in.
