If a client wishes to bring in their own caterer, 
the Facility is available
Sunday Only.
 

Rental of the facility with outside catering is only available on Sundays.  
This does not mean that we do not offer catering on Sundays, 
just that we only offer that day for outside catering.  
There is a 5 hour minimum rental charge. 
(Example if for a wedding/ reception: 
One hour rehearsal the week before, One hour pre wedding and Three hours wedding/reception

Hours may be added for an additional charge. 
The price for these 5 hours are $ 3,000.00 plus a security deposit 
and a standard fee of $ 500.00 to bring in an outside caterer
.  
This price includes the use of the banquet and ballroom, pavilion, deck, tables and chairs and 
a small prep area for the caterer to work out of.  
Linens and decorations are not included in the rental price but are available for and additional charge. 
We also provide a prep area in a portion of the kitchen and one of our representatives 
to help you with any questions or problems that may arise.  
If additional hours are needed there is a $ 500.00 per hour charge.  
To rent the entire facility and not just the ballroom & banquet area you must add $ 500.00 to the base price.  

These Outside Caterers must be licensed and insured and be approved by us. 
They must meet with us no later than Two Months before the function with all paper work for our files.  
If your caterer is not licensed, insured or does not meet with us Two Months before the function they 
will not be allowed to caterer at our location. 
Client and Caterer will be responsible for all set up and clean up of all area's used 
and will not have access to areas not in the rental agreement.  
All used areas of the facility must be left in the same clean condition as the client found it 
or the security deposit will be forfeited and a cleaning fee added.  
This means all floors must be swept and mopped and all trash removed by client Or Caterer.  
If any furniture needs to be moved it must be approved by Pinehurst and it must be put back
in the same spot it was found. The renter must follow all rules and regulations of the facility.  
All set-up and break-down must be done within your rental time. 
No decorating can be done without approval.  No open flames, rice, sparklers or confetti are allowed.

There is no extra charge to bring in any other licensed vendor besides your caterer.  
All vendors that are not on our preferred vendor list must contact or meet with us no less 
than Two weeks before the function to go over the rules and have any questions answered.  
These vendors need to either drop off or fax us copies of their business license for our records 
at least One Month before the function.  If your vendors need more time than contracted for to set-up
hours must be added to the rental contract since doors will not be open till the time contracted for.
