 Very Basic Reception Information  / 2010

* 

 Reception starts with a 50 person minimum:
You get a total of 3 hours total rental for the back half of the facility.

This package is priced out with the total cost, Not per person pricing since
the pricing includes the rental of the Ballroom with dance floor
& buffet area, set-up and break-down, tables & chairs,
basic white linens, food, workers and tax.

*  Extra hours and Wedding may be added for an additional charge.
*  Set-up of Wedding Pavilion, Bridal Director and Rehearsal time
can be added for an additional charge.

 

Pinehurst is now allowing our 2010 clients to provide their

own adult beverages.  The must however order bar set-ups
& bartending from Pinehurst.

We do not include the D.J., Photographer, Florist, Limo in our package plans unless it's an All Inclusive Package.
We feel the client should make the decision of what vendor works best for their budget But
we can line up your vendors for you to make our location a one stop shop. 
We also have a list of preferred vendors you can choose from that are licensed
and insured if you'd like to choose them yourself. Client may bring in their
own vendors as long as they are professionals.  Outside vendors must contact or
meet with us no less than One Month before the function 
and to go over the rules and have any questions answered.  If they do not contact and or come in
by that time they will not be allowed to work

To add more people would run $ 20.00 /pp ( includes food, tax and workers) each person to the pricing above items.
Must be done in units of at least 25 people.
