Pinehurst Catering & Events Facility blends a luxurious, romantic atmosphere with its 100 year old Victorian Home that is incorporated with an elegant 2,800 sq. ft banquet and ballroom. The over 3- acres of lavish gardens and fountains is breathtaking with its pinnacle being our exquisite Greek Revival Wedding Pavilion which is a perfect place to celebrate your love. Our facility has created a sight of splendor that will exceed your expectations.

We are so glad that you have taken time out of your busy schedule to consider Pinehurst Catering & Events Facility to help you with your “Big Day” Our goal is to give you information to make all the right decisions about one of the most important days in your life. By sitting down and going over exactly what you have in mind and touring our facility (if you need a location) we hope to be able to answer any questions you might have about planning your wedding. We also offer off-prem catering at the location of your choice.

Your wedding should be one of the most memorable events of your life. Pinehurst has been in business for over 30 years and we feel our family owned business has set the highest standards for your wedding or gala event. We believe that every wedding is special and deserves extraordinary attention. To us, it is never just another wedding. Each bride comes with a personal vision that we greatly respect; our goal is to nurture that vision to completion while remaining true to the dream. We offer trained professionals that will take you for a tour, show you our many photo portfolios and match your wedding day needs with one of our many Wedding Package Plans. If you do not see a package plan that suits your needs we also offer menu’s that can be figured up from scratch. After picking out which plan you wish to go with we will reserve your date and begin the planning stage. We will give you one of our planning booklets as well as a rental contract that confirms the date and time you wish held for you. At the signing of the contract we need a half deposit on the base amount of your plan figured on your estimated amount or people to hold your date. Once the contract is in place you have up to ONE month to look over the menu’s and pick out your food. Your menu choice can be changed after the deposit is made if you find one later that you like better. We will be pleased to set up appointments with you as the date gets closer to pick out cakes and finalize any extra’s you might want to add. At the final meeting, we will put together a schedule for your day and give you copies to give all your vendors. You will receive an itinerary for your rehearsal day. We offer for an additional charge a well trained bridal director that not only will be at your rehearsal but with you the whole time you’re here for your wedding day. This director is specially trained to make sure your day run very smoothly, putting you at total ease. She will coordinate with our staff, your DJ, photographer, etc. so everyone is on the same schedule.

Our facility is unique since we do not include the D.J., Photographer, Florist, Limo’s, etc in our package plans. We feel the bride should make the decision of what vendor works best for her and her budget but, we can line up all your vendors for you to make our location a one stop shop. This works well for people with limited time to spend interviewing vendors for their big day themselves. We offer a list of preferred vendors you can choose from that are licensed and insured. Clients are more than welcome to bring in their own vendors as long as these vendors are professional and have a business license and insurance.
