Decorated cup cakes with small Teddy Bear Cookies on the top

(Both can be iced in guest of Honor's favorite color)

Base price per person: =$ 16.00 /pp

(We must have at least 25 total people to have a Teddy Bear Tea Party)

*  The Teddy Bear Tea are only offered if client has 25 or more children and adults to attend.
*  The Tea is set-up as a seated served luncheon.  
*  There must be at least One Adult per Five Children for this Tea.

* These adults are responsible for making sure the children stay seated and do not run around all over the building or throwing food since this could cause a hazard 
not only for the servers but all attending.

* A $100.00 Rental Charge is required to hold your place for Two Hours for this Teddy Bear Tea Party if held on a Saturday from 11:00 to 1:00 Or in the weekday evenings or Sundays when we are closed to the public.  This is not offered on Saturdays after 1:00. Can be held during the week 11:00 to 2:00. when we're open to the public.

* The Rental charge goes strictly to the use of the room and is not deducted from the cost of the food.

* Final menu choices are due no later than Two weeks before the function.
* Final count must be made One week before.  You may increase your count up to the Thursday before the function but may not go down after final count is given.  If your given amount of people do not show up you are still responsible for that amount but can take home any leftover food from the luncheons not eaten.

*  These Tea Parties include a party worker but tips are not included in the per person price. 

*  Please tip these workers directly.
