Carry-out Cold Lunch Buffet / 2012

A Platter of assorted mini croissants
Filled with your choice of Three of the following fillings:  
Sliced Ham, Turkey, Roast Beef, and Chicken Egg or Tuna Salad 
(Shrimp Salad can be added for an additional charge)
(This Price will allow 2 croissants per person.)
Or
A Platter of chilled pasta salad topped with Grilled Chicken Strips:
Grilled, chilled and sliced Boneless Chicken Breast served
 on top of cheese-filled tortellini pasta that has been tossed
 with our special honey mustard ranch sauce.

Or
A Large Tossed Salad with dressings served with a Tray of Assorted Finger Sandwiches
Sandwishes will have Chicken Salad, Egg Salad and Pimento Cheese Salad on assorted sliced breads.

Choice of Two side dishes:
Potato Salad /  Greek pasta salad / Chips 
Citrus Salad with honey coconut dressing  /  Cole Slaw
Whipped Lime Pineapple Salad / Tomato & cucumber salad  

Drink : Choice of One:
Iced Tea, Lemonade or Peach Punch
(carry-out orders must supply their own ice)

Includes: Plastic plates, cups, forks and paper napkins.
Doesn't include ice unless ordered with function.

Total base price per person with a 15 person minimum
and the order must be placed at least 48 hour notice.

Pricing:

Base price for groups 100 or more is…….$ 12.00 /pp plus tax

Base price for groups 50 to 99 is………..$ 13.50 /pp plus tax

Base price for groups 30 to 49 is..............$  15.00 / pp plus tax

Base price for groups 15 to 29................$  16.50 /pp plus tax

The order must be places to later than one week ahead of time and a deposit of half of the total is required to contract for the function. 

Anything added to the base menu must include sales tax

If delivery is required it is Free within 3 miles of our location.  
There is a charge if over 3 miles.

1/2 Deposit is required when placing the order.  
This can be put on a credit card, cash, or check.

Final payment must be made upon pickup.  If delivery is needed and final amount needs to be put on a credit card this needs to be done before the delivery is made.  After final count is given the count can not be lowered but can be increased no later that 9:00 a.m. the morning of the order (with-in reason)

Includes:  Plastic plates, forks & knives, cups and napkins.  Chaffing dishes, tablecloths, etc. are not included in this pricing.  Any extra items added are plus tax  to the base price

 

 

Carry-outs do not come with ice, tablecloths, centerpieces or chaffing dishes with sterno.  These can be supplied for an additional charge and must be returned the day of the function.
