This pricing is for finger food Or dinner buffet menu's #1,2,3 (menus for dinner buffet on our web site under examples of our package plans)
Pricing is not a
per person price but a per function price.
This means the tax, equipment, set-up and break-down, workers and buffet cloths are all included in the total.
* Pricing includes our
staff staying up to 4 hours total Party time.
(This doesn't include bartenders. They can be added for an additional charge) * Menu's for dinner buffet package plans are listed on our web site Finger Foods 1,2,3 / Dinner Buffet 1,2,3 offered in plastic but can be upgraded to Glass & China. * This reception will be held at the location of your choice. * This location must supply all tables needed for food buffets, cake tables and bar’s. * If client wishes to have table cloths for guest tables they must rent then from a rental company or supply them their selves. . * We will bring any cloths and skirting for any food items that are supplied by us. Catering Includes : * Includes special catering menu with servers for buffet and to serve wedding cake if supplied by us. * Wedding cake will need cake accent flowers that your florist can will supply and put on your cake to match what your wedding party is carrying. * Punch will be displayed in a silver punch bowl. A punch fountain can be added for an additional charge. * If the reception is finger foods we will pack a bridal box for the bride and groom to take with them upon leaving. * Package plan pricing doesn't include any Tips you might wish to give your servers. This should be done to them directly.

If a client wants to supply their own cake there will be a $ 2.00 for 1 cake or $ 2.50 for 2 cakes per person plating charge for us to cut and serve cakes (with plastic ware. $ 1.00 more if Glass & Stainless) that are not supplied by us. There is also a $ 35.00 per table charge to dress a cake table for a cake that is not supplied by us.
These price’s are figured up in units of
50 to give you an idea of cost. When you give your final count it will be re
figured up on the total guest count. This means that your count doesn't have
to go in units of 50. Please remember to count the bridal party,
Photographers DJs or anyone helping with the wedding that will be eating.

A down payment of 50% on your estimated amount of guest is required to book date and service people. Dates will not be held without receiving this deposit. Final count and payment is due Two week before the function with your final count and must be made in cash, money order or certified check. Final count may go up after given up to Three days before the wedding but, cannot be decreased after given. Final payment on the increase can be paid the week of the function but if not paid then it must be made upon arrival the day of the rehearsal in cash. Cake is iced with a rich butter cream icing and presented on a silver cake display plate. Cake must be accented by your florist who will supply fresh or silk flowers to mach your wedding flowers Or you can order flowers from us to decorate the cake for an additional charge. Cake topper is not included. * Comes with your choice of Six of the following items: A Platter of sliced cantaloupe, honeydew melon, grapes, watermelon and strawberries.
