Pricing for Groups of 100  to  350 People

100 TO 350 Includes Catered Menu :
Pricing includes up to 2 hours total Function time (this means from when you want to the party to start till you expect it to end.  Additional hours may be added for an additional per hour worker charge or you can decrease your hours and take a discounted worker charge.  Prices below include the buffet equipment and setup, food, workers for up to 2 hours party time, tax, and clean up of service areas.  Extra Hours may be added for an additional charge.

Finger Food or Dinner Buffet up to 2 hours

This function will be held at the location of your choice.  This location must supply all tables needed for buffets and cakes  If client is supplying their own cake there is a charge for us to dress table and serve their cake (no charge if the cake is supplied by us.) If client wishes to have cloths for guest tables they must rent them from a rental company or supply themselves. We will bring cloths and skirting for any food item that we are contracted to supply.

Doesn't include any tips you might wish to give your servers.  This should be done to them directly.

 These BASE price’s are figured up in units of 50 to give you an idea of cost.  When you give your final count it will be figured units of 50 total guest count and anything that might be added to your function.  This means that your count must go up or down  in units of 50 with this plan.  Please remember to count the bridal party, Photographers D.J.’s. or anyone helping with the wedding that will be eating.

2 Hour reception Includes: Buffet set-up, food, workers, tax and cleanup.  
Hours may be added for an additional price

This Package Plan has  a 100 person minimum. 
Groups Under 100 must pay for 100 People to use this plan as an away party.

A down payment of $ 2,000.00 to hold your date and times.  then in 30 days the remainder of your estimated amount of guest is required tan your downpayment will be deducted from the 1/2 deposit needed.  Dates will not be held without receiving this deposit.  Final count and payment is due TWO week sbefore the function with your final count and must be made in cash, certified check or money order.   Final count may go up after given up to 6 days before the wedding but, cannot be decreased after given. 
 Final payment on the increase must be made upon arrival the day of the rehearsal in cash or credit card. 

Price does Not include Bar set ups Or Bartender.

Client can bring in their won adult beverages but must get bar set-ups and bartenders from Pinehurst.

These can be added to your reception. Ask to see list of extra items that can be added to these receptions.  All beer and wine must be supplied by Pinehurst Caterers since we do have a beer and wine license.  We now also offer bar package plans that go from just champagne to beer and wine to a full bar with beer, wine and liquor that includes tax, bartender(s) and a special permit for the day.  We do not offer cash bars but , feel like our package plans are priced very reasonably.  When ordering the BAR package plans if at the end of the reception there is any bottles of beer, wine or liquor that has not been open we do allow you to take it with you.

 Things that can be added to the above:

 

Wedding and or Grooms Cake………….$ 4.50 / pp Each Cake  + Tax and a 20% service charge for setting up, plating and serving cake(s)

Assorted Hot Horsd’s passed through your guest upon arriving to the reception before bridal party is announced……$ 4.00 for 2 type per person

 

Extra Hour for workers……..$ 28.00 for each worker sent to your function
