6 Hour, Seated Served Dinner'Package Plan for Wedding & Recpetion 2012

This package plan includes the Wedding and Reception for 6 Hour rental time includes the set-up of the
wedding pavilion set-up, the wedding director and rehearsal time.

With this plan you receive Whole Facility with Ballroom Buffet area and Gardens, Wedding Pavilion setup & breakdown with floral accents, silk floral urn and white folding chairs (100) for wedding, rehearsal time, bridal director for rehearsal day and wedding basic white linens, tables and chairs, food, catering service people, tax and cleanup.  More chairs can be added for the wedding@ $ 2.00 per chair. 

6 Hours total rental time: One hour rehearsal time the week of the wedding is included in this package and then 6 hours the day of. 
(this means from when you want to arrive till you expect to leave). 
Additional hours may be added if you wish to have your wedding at our location.

House includes :
This beautifully decorated Victorian Home with our new 3,200 sq. ft. Ballroom and buffet area is graced with elegant oil paintings, oriental rugs and crystal chandeliers.
We offer covered guest tables with basic white linens (client can up grade to colored linens, chair covers and sashes for an additional charge.
  Also included are guest tables and chairs.  
Flowers for banquet tables and guest table centerpieces can be added for an additional charge. 
Comes with covered cake table, punch table, gift table, honored guest table, table cloths and skirting.
Audio sound system with light back ground music if client does not have a DJ. 
Bride and Groom have the use of our toasting goblets and cake knives if they wish.  Silver cake stand is provided for wedding cake. 
There is mood lighting inside with miniature white lighting in topiary trees. 
There is an L shaped porch around the house as well as a large deck and outside bar area that offers decorative white lights, rocking chairs, and outside tables, chairs. 
Our property offers beautiful landscaped gardens with fountains.

Catering Includes :

Includes special catering menu with servers for Seated Served Dinner and Dessert or Wedding Cake ( if supplied by us).  
If we supply the wedding cake, your florist can supply fresh flowers to match what your wedding party is carrying or you can order them from us.
We can supply the flowers and topper for an additional price.  Beverages comes in silver punch bowls or Urns Or you can upgrade to a fountain. 
A bridal box packed for the bride and groom of the cake or any horsdouvres that are passed to take with them upon leaving. 
Set-up and Cleaning crew is also included in pricing.

Bridal Director is also included in pricing:  1 hour rehearsal time and 6 hours the wedding day.

Set-up of wedding pavilion includes:  Up to 100 white wedding folding chairs for guest.  (More can be added for $ 2.00 each) 
Silk wedding vines for the front pillars of the gazebo and silk ferns and white silk flowers for the urn under the pavilion.  
This package plan includes your bridal director that will be here for your rehearsal and wedding day and the extra hour needed for the rehearsal the week
of the wedding Tuesday through Thursday unless you hold your rehearsal dinner at this location on Friday night.
The price’s on the next page are figured up in units of 50 to give you an estimated idea of cost per function. 
Your final count it will be re figured up on the total guest count given two weeks before the function date. 
This means that your count does not have to go in units of 50. 
Please remember to count the bridal party, parents, Photographers, DJs or anyone helping with the wedding that will be eating.

Prices quoted are per function not per person and includes rental, food, workers, taxes, set-up & break-down linens, table & chairs,
pavilion set-up, with silk floral accents, bridal director, etc.

Rehearsal must be Tuesday through Thursday unless you are hosting your rehearsal dinner here on Friday Night with Pinehurst catering it.

  

A down payment of 50%  of your estimated amount of people is required to book date, facility and service people. 
Dates will not be held without receiving this deposit.  

Deposit is non refundable if client cancels.

A $400.00 refundable security deposit will be added to all packages to cover damage, overrun of time or extra guest, etc. 
This must be given in a separate check.
Final count and payment is due 2 week before the function with your final count. 
Final count may go up after given up to 6 days before the wedding but, cannot be decreased after given. 
Final payment on the increase must be made upon arrival the day of the rehearsal in cash or credit card.

A  large globed Candle  with Silk floral wreath$  20.00 Ea.
Fresh Flower with the use of our vases start $ 30.00 to $ 150.00 Ea.
(Pricing for the fresh depends on what flower is selected for the centerpiece.

To Add Two tall silk flower buffet arrangements…..$ 50.00 for both

Pinehurst is now allowing their 2011 clients to supply their own Adult beverages
Bar set-ups and bartender are not included but will be added through Pinehurst Events Facility for an additional price.
