These package plans are set up for Wedding & Reception with 6 Or
 8 hour pricing.  One of the hours is for the rehearsal of the wedding.
Menus are on our web site and include finger foods 1,2,3 and dinner buffet 1,2,3 to choose from.  
Package plans are designed to give you a ballpark idea of what a function will run.  
They are not written in stone and can have things added or deleted from them.  
The each menu has it's own pricing for each time slot.  We can also figure up a menu from scratch if you like.  
If you see finger food # 2
& dinner buffet # 2 are the same price for the same amount of time.  
These prices are not a per person price, they are a per function price.  
The pricing includes facility rental, setup and breakdown of the wedding pavilion (which includes silk floral vines, silk floral filled large urn, 100 white folding wedding chairs) Bridal Director for the Rehearsal of the wedding and will be at our facility the day of the wedding, tables, chairs, linens, food, workers & tax.  
This package does not include any other vendor you might need like DJs, Photographer, Florist, etc.
but ,they can be added for an additional charge.

This package plan includes the 
Wedding and Reception for 6 or 8 hours plus the set-up of the wedding pavilion, the wedding director and rehearsal time.

With this plan you receive Whole House & Ballroom & Property Rental, setup & breakdown, basic white linens, food, Workers, tax and cleanup. 

6 Hours Or 8 Hours total rental time:  
( 1 hour rehearsal time and 5 or 7 hours rental time the day of the function)
This beautifully decorated 6,000 sq. ft. Victorian Home with our new 2,800 sq. ft. Ballroom is graced with elegant oil paintings, oriental rugs and crystal chandeliers. We offer basic white cloth covered guest tables.   This can be up-graded to damask or colored toppers for an additional charge.  The Ballroom has large round guest tables and banquet tables.  Silk floral centerpiece can be added for an additional charge.  This package comes with cake table, punch table, gift table, honored guest table, table cloths and skirting, audio sound system with light back ground music.  Bride and Groom have the use of our toasting goblets and cake knives if they wish.  Silver cake stand is provided for wedding cake.  There is mood lighting inside with miniature white lighting in topiary trees.  There is an L shaped porch around the house as well as a large deck and outside bar area that offers rocking chairs, and outside tables, chairs.  Our property offers beautiful landscaped gardens with fountains.

Catering Includes :

Includes special catering menu with servers for buffet and to serve wedding cake.  We supply the wedding cake that your florist can supply fresh flowers to match what your wedding party is carrying OR we can supply the flowers and topper for an additional price.  Punch comes in silver punch bowls or you can upgrade to a fountain.  A bridal box packed for the bride and groom to take with them upon leaving.  Cleaning crew is also included.

These price’s are figured up in units of 50 to give you an idea of cost.  When you give your final count it will be re figured up on the total guest count.  This means that your count does not have to go in units of 50.  Please remember to count the bridal party, Photographers DJs or anyone helping with the wedding that will be eating.

Your Bridal Director is included in these prices.  She will be with you for 1 hour the day of the rehearsal and the whole tie you are at the facility the day of the wedding.

Set-up of wedding pavilion included:  Up to 100 white wedding folding chairs for guest. (add more chairs for $ 2.00 /pc)
Silk wedding vines for the front pillars of the gazebo and silk ferns and white silk flowers for the urn under the pavilion.   This package plan includes your bridal director that will be here for your rehearsal and wedding day and the extra hour needed for the rehearsal the week of the wedding Tuesday through Thursday unless you hold your rehearsal dinner at this location on Friday night at our facility.

Call to set up a tour and go over pricing.  This package prices include 1 hour rehearsal time in the hours stated.

 

 

A down payment of 50% of the estimated amount of guest is required to book date, facility and service people.  
Dates will not be held without receiving this deposit. 

Deposit is non refundable if client cancels.

A $400.00 refundable security deposit will be added to all packages to cover damage, overrun of time or extra guest, etc.  This must be given in a separate check. Final count and payment is due 1 week before the function with your final count.  Final count may go up after given up to 3 days before the wedding but, cannot be decreased after given.  Final payment on the increase must be made upon arrival the day of the rehearsal in cash or credit card.

   Fresh Flower's with use of our vases  $ 30.00 to $ 50.00 ea. depending on flowers.

To Add chair covers:  Self tie Satin White.....$ 3.00 each  /  Regular Cover and Bow.....$ 5.00 each

Pinehurst is now allowing their 2010 clients to supply their own Adult beverages.

All bar set-ups and bartender must be added through Pinehurst Events Facility.  

If  you wish to have less hours, do not need the setup of the wedding pavilion or bridal director a discount can be taken.
