This
package plan includes the
Wedding and Reception for 6 hours
Rental time plus includes the set-up of the
wedding
pavilion, the wedding director and rehearsal time.
(If
RECEPTION ONLY is needed deduct $ 1,400.00 off the quoted
price; this will give you 5 hours rental time,with NO
DIRECTOR
OR PAVILION SET-UP.)
With this
plan you receive Whole House with Ballroom Buffet area
and Property Rental, setup & breakdown, wedding pavilion
with floral accents and white folding chairs (100), rehearsal
time, bridal director for rehearsal day and wedding, basic
white linens, tables and chairs, food, catering service
people, tax and cleanup.

Hours total rental time:
One hour rehearsal time with director the week of the
wedding is included in this time and then 6 hours
the day of.
(this
means from when you want to arrive till you expect to leave).
Additional
hours may be added if you wish to have your wedding at our
location.

Victorian Home with our new 3,200 sq.
ft. Ballroom and buffet area is graced with elegant oil
paintings, oriental rugs and crystal chandeliers.
We offer covered guest tables with basic white linens.
Also included are guest tables and chairs. Cover
for chairs are an extra charge. Check coupons on web
site for specials.
Flowers for banquet tables and guest table centerpieces can be
added for an additional charge.
Comes with covered cake table, punch table, gift table,
honored guest table, table cloths and skirting.
Audio sound system with light back ground music if client does
not have a DJ.
Bride and Groom have the use of our toasting goblets and cake
knives if they wish. Silver cake stand is provided for
wedding cake.
There is mood lighting inside with miniature white lighting in
topiary trees.
There is an L shaped porch around the house as well as a large
deck and outside bar area that offers decorative white lights,
rocking chairs, and outside tables, chairs.
Our property offers beautiful landscaped gardens with
fountains.
Catering Includes :
Includes
special catering menu with servers for buffet and to serve
wedding cake.
We supply the wedding cake that your florist can supply fresh
flowers to match what your wedding party is carrying.
We can supply the flowers and topper for an additional price.
Punch comes in silver punch bowls or you can upgrade to a
fountain.
A bridal box packed for the bride and groom to take with them
upon leaving.
Cleaning crew is also included in pricing.

Set-up
of wedding pavilion includes:
Up
to 100 white wedding folding chairs for guest.
Silk wedding vines for the front pillars of the gazebo and
silk ferns and white silk flowers for the urn under the
pavilion. This
package plan includes your bridal director that will be here
for your rehearsal and wedding day and the extra hour needed
for the rehearsal the weekof the wedding Tuesday through
Thursday unless you hold your rehearsal dinner at this
location
on Friday night. The prices on the next page
are figured up in units of 50 to give you an estimated idea of
cost per function. Your
final count it will be re figured up on the total guest count
given two weeks before the function date. This
means that your count does not have to go in units of 50 but
this package does have a minimum of 50 people.
Please remember to count the bridal party, parents,
Photographers, DJs or anyone helping with the wedding that
will be eating.
Prices
quoted are per function not per person and
includes rental, food, workers, taxes, set-up & break-down
linens, table & chairs, pavilion set-up, with silk floral
accents, bridal director, etc.

These
prices include 1 hour rehearsal time the week of the wedding, plus
the hours stated for the day of the wedding.
Rehearsal
must be Tuesday through Thursday unless you are hosting your
rehearsal dinner here on Friday Night with Pinehurst catering
it.
A
down payment of $ 2,000.00 to hold your date and then you have
up to 30 days after signing to pay the total of the first 50% of
your estimated amount of people and menu. This is
required to book date, facility and service people.
Dates will not be held without receiving this deposit.
(pricing is not guaranteed until contract is written)
Deposit is non refundable if client cancels.
A $400.00 refundable security deposit will be added to all
packages to cover damage, overrun of time or extra guest, etc.
This must be given in a separate check.
Final count and payment is due 1 week before the function with
your final count.
Final count may go up after given up to 3 days before the
wedding but, cannot be decreased after given.
Final payment on the increase must be made upon arrival the
day of the rehearsal in cash or credit card.
